Courtyard

A door in the kitchen opens onto a large porch that accesses the inner courtyard.

The condo building is shaped like the letter U with a wall closing off the top. Inside is a private, secured courtyard with extensive landscaping and marble furniture.

Park

In front of the 41 Chatham Street building is a small park that is owned and maintained by the condo association.
