Kitchen
The kitchen has a 9 ft. high ceiling and is approximately 100 sq ft. It has been recently updated with a new ceiling and lighting, flooring, appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. It has hookups for a washing machine along the inside wall, near the sink cabinets.
The kitchen has two windows that look out into the building's private, secured courtyard. A doorway in the kitchen opens onto a large porch that accesses the courtyard.

Living room
The living room has a 9 ft. high ceiling and two large windows. One window overlooks the condo association's privately owned park and the other window looks out on Irving Street.
A french doorway opens into the dining room and another doorway opens into the hallway.

The room contains a built-in china cabinet and a closet.

Bathroom
The bathroom has been recently updated with a new ceiling, lighting, flooring, tub, and sink vanity. It has an 8 ft. high ceiling and a ceramic tile floor.
We are installing the mirror, associated lighting, and medicine cabinet soon -- unless the potential buyers wish to pick out these items for themselves.

The hallway extends the length of the unit, ending at the doorway to the master bedroom.

Courtyard and park
Courtyard
A door in the kitchen opens onto a large porch that accesses the inner courtyard.The condo building is shaped like the letter U with a wall closing off the top. Inside is a private, secured courtyard with extensive landscaping and marble furniture.

In front of the 41 Chatham Street building is a small park that is owned and maintained by the condo association.Note: Picture taken in early morning light (April).
